I am a native English speaker born in Canterbury, Kent. I have spent several years living in Russia and am familiar with Russian exams and textbooks, as well as the education system in general.
In August 2022, I became an internationally qualified teacher after doing Cambridge’s CELTA course at International House London. I am also currently finishing a degree in Modern Languages at the University of Kent.
My current students chose me to improve their overall level, school grades and conversational skills. While I prefer to use native textbooks, Russian ones are an option if absolutely necessary.
It is worth mentioning that I use communicative teaching, which gives students more talk time and makes their learning experience more enjoyable and engaging.
